Beverly K Buce First time reviewing an insurance agency. We have done business with a few in 2 different states over the past decades. As everyone knows, Homeowners Insurance in south Fl, including Port St Lucie, has been becoming more complicated. We decided this time to look around and see if a change would be right for us. Choice Insurance Advisors came highly recommended by someone we trust. So happy we called owner/Agent Sam Covington. He took as much time as necessary to go over our current policy, answering ALL of our questions in a courteous & professional manner. He really opened our eyes to areas we might have been under or over insured and let us decide what was best for us. He did all the comparison legwork. Sam never pushed or rushed us to make any decisions. He actually encouraged us to take time to think over all the information and as he said his grandmother used to say, “sleep on it.” We’re so glad to have signed with him, not to mention the premium is a little LESS than what we paid 2 years ago! Would give 10 stars if we could!

mac packman this agency has left me 2 times with suspended insurance and no heads up. the first time was an expired CC that when it ran i didnt get a heads up, just an announcement of cancellation. the second time i was on travel for almost 2 months and not even did i not get a bill for my insurance, i came back to a suspended drivers license. this was even after giving them a new CC for autopay. I dont know what is going on with this agency but calls are never returned, the VM is full and i would not recommend them. kept the carts with Allsstate, called a new agent in St. Pete, they rock.

ANNESE Dunleavy While out of the country I recd notice that my insurance direct debit was not made, and my policy would be cancelled. I found out that the bank pulled my payment as potential fraud and as such created non payment of my insurance premium. I had to contact Lydia via messenger to try and resolve. She proceeded to provide me with information as to what needed to be done. Since I was returning back to FL on the weekend she agreed to meet with me today so that we could get my account back on track. I would have hated to have my policy cancelled through no fault of mine after being a State Farm customer for 40 years in Vegas and about 6 years in Florida. Being out of the country I was in a panic. But Lydias research, prompt response and resolution went above and beyond and I could finish my remaining vacation knowing everything would be taken care of. Kudos Lydia and State Farm. .

Eric Gill January 8, 2020 In my experience, Goodwin Insurance is the best place to go for your insurance needs, especially Life Insurance and Health Insurance. They will shop the best deal possible. Richard Goodwin makes everything not only easy to understand but walks you through all your options so that you can make the best-informed choice. In my case, I am an AARP member and AARP sent me a Term Life Insurance proposal which they endorsed with their life insurance company at a cost of $236.00 per month. Richard and his wife, Kay, got me the same coverage with another company for less than $100.00 per month. That’s a savings of over $1,500.00 a year. I am sure lots of people fall for this AARP scam because of the name AARP. However, when it comes to Medicare Supplemental Insurance and Medicare Advantage Plans, Richard and Kay shopped me into a really good policy with an AARP affiliated plan which was not a scam price but a good deal. Just as important when it comes to your insurance needs, there is service after the sale. If one of your plans is going to substantially increase, they will notify you and let you know if there’s a cheaper alternative with the same coverage. I know they also do investments and while I have not used them for that, my hunch is anyone that conscientious in regards to insurance coverage will be just as conscientious on investments. Eric Gill
