Melinda Burdiss poor customer service, incompetent agent - Max constantly assured me our policy was in good standing even when the insurance company kept sending letters of cancellation - dont trust this guy - he doesnt know how to do his job - this isnt some small policy this is a commercial policy that costs thousands to start and maintain and now we are out the money and scurrying to find another policy - if I could give 0 stars thats what he would get

There was one major change. My granddaughter needed to be removed from the policy. I sent a return message to take her off. I received a quick response with the information needed to remove her. After I provided the information I quickly received the revised policy details. The whole process from review to finalization went very well, easier and faster than I expected.
