2 /5 Gfmucci: Gave quotes after over two weeks. Too busy to provide good customer service. Self-focused; not customer focused. Then offense when I emailed my concern about their lack of response. Example: I entered the office for my appointment. I was then subject to a 7 minute monologue about his lease situation. He then segued into how my email expressing disappointment of lack of any response to the promised quote "angered" him. At that point I did not want anything to do with a business too busy for a timely response and an easily angered owner who lacks professional customer service skills. Free customer sevice tip, no charge: It would have been much more professional if: As I entered the office he asked "what can we accomplish for you today?" and "We apologize for not giving you a status update and taking over two weeks to provide a quote, we have been slammed...but we will be thorough with addressing your needs - lets begin." But no, he had to vent on me. No thanks!
