1 /5 Paul Mills: Worst insurance company Ive ever experienced. Markus and Rick are completely inept. Ive tried speaking with both of them for the last month to two months. They have my account listed under someone elses address and they can never give me a straight answer on renewing my policy. Ive called and emailed (and have been called by them) several times and each time its like Ive never spoken to them before! I feel like Bill Murray in Groundhog Day! I would hate to see what happens if I ever had to file a claim! Completely inept company!

1 /5 Maria Plourde: I was not happy with the service I received. One month before my renewal date, I received a letter stating that my policy was going to be cancelled for non-payment. Apparently, PNC bank who holds our mortgage decided to only pay for one of our policies. Why did it take 11 months for someone to contact us and let us know that there was a balance due? Isnt that something the agent could have easily notified us about? Or perhaps the insurance company should have reached out earlier. When I contacted the agent to pay the small balance that was owed, they "helped" me by issuing an e-check but in the incorrect amount. They actually paid the entire annual premium of nearly $5,000!!! As you can imagine, I was shocked and my account was over drawn. The agent blamed the insurance companys system for the error. He also promised that he would call me with updates on his efforts to correct the issue but never called. I took on the task myself of calling the insurance company directly every day and providing the information that they needed to send our refund. It took 3 weeks to get my money back. This agency didnt take responsibility for the error or offer any apology. I have since signed paperwork to change agencies and look forward to much better service elsewhere.
