Yolanda Alvarado I seen a post about awful service. Must be from the ignorant customers like the one i seen today as i made a payment in the office. Some customers are ridiculously rude and expect miracles when theyre driving record is horrible... (Mind u they decline to state it from the beginning knowing it will impact their payment). I have been with fiesta 7 years. This office has had a few people come and go but respect and honesty is never something i have had a problem with. All the agents here are very nice. They work for the people not the companies. I was quoted by geico directly and they wanted 150 more downpayment and 100 more a month. Crazy... I now have my homeowners insurance and my cars insured with fiesta. Thank you for great service

James Howell Dog water of a company, called to swap insurance from my jeep to my new used dodge nitro, a tiny lil suv..These fools wanted to charge me 100 extra dollars a month. They couldn’t provide me with a reason other than just because. Told the supervisor I spoke to I was just gonna get a different company if they didn’t fix that obvious price gouging, she didn’t seem to care idk she must have really good job security or a lot saved or not own stocks in the company she works for. Anyways I got new insurance and will not be paying my bill for progressive btw my new insurance was 75 dollars less same cars. Eat one progressive!
