1 /5 Christie Goldsby: Horrible communication. I gave him my credit card over the phone to pay for an adjustment to my insurance, he said we were all good. However, he obviously didn’t take care of it because I have continued to incur late fees for it. I’ve tried contacting him to resolve this but he hasn’t responded to my last 3 emails. Finally texted his personal cell, no response. I’ll be using a different progesssive provider.
