Ive had the same insurance company for 10 years (Olympus and never had a claim) and my premiums almost doubled. I called Steve nearly at the end of business on a Monday and by Friday I had a new carrier. Process was very streamlined and he returned any calls or emails as well. Give them a look for home or auto needs, doesnt hurt to take a second look.

From the initial phone contact with Amanda to the finalization of your policy by Dina, followed by the subsequent addition of your golf cart by Julianna and the successful transfer of your sons coverage by Angela, the interactions have consistently demonstrated respect and genuine care. This level of service is uncommon, yet undeniably present. While we have not previously submitted a review, their exceptional performance warrants this acknowledgment.

Betty Borges A well oiled machine!! Gavin Seward was amazing to work with. He had incredible patience with me. He explained the fancy insurance jargon into laymens terms so that I would understand the coverage that I had. I got better coverage for less monthly cost. The support staff was also great to work with. I would encourage everyone to at least have a quick policy review with Gavin. We are so happy we moved to State Farm.
