1 /5 Karen Wang: Do not use them. Being as a client with them for 10 years and their service has dropped dramatically. Since three year ago I had trouble connecting to their agents. It sometimes took them 7 days to get back to me for a quote, which was very unfortunate. I had requested a quote from them since December of 2024, but now its May 2025 and I still have not received my quote uet. I being constantly calling them (10 times now) and nobody had got back to me. I am very pissed about the way how they handle us as a customer, and my time is very valuable. One frustrating thing is that I have to stay with them because they helped me with my first quote, which I think is ridiculous. There are so many brightway insurance companies all over Florida and this Kennedy family is so irresponsible and the worst. Try not to use them and use a different brightway insurance agency if possible to avoid future problems.

Ive referred to them many times because my members have told me time and again how wonderful they are. Well, this time it was my turn, and they were wonderful! They took the policy that was offered to me by my builders insurance company, reviewed it to see what was missing and then found me a policy that filled in the gaps AND WAS CHEAPER!!! Who does that?!?! Im so happy that I finally had an opportunity to see first hand the service they offer their customers so that I can refer them even more! Thank you John and Angie for pulling out the white gloves and the red carpet for me and my new home! I will sleep better at night knowing I am fully covered! Carmen

5 /5 william hold: 5 Star service. Very impressed with John Kennedy and his customer service. I was out of town and he took the time to meet the inspector for my new insurance at the house. He was able to help get my older home insured and at a reasonable rate. Very Happy.

5 /5 Ross Piperno: Im new to the area and John made purchasing HO Insurance easy. He will shop around for you to get you the best coverage at a fair price through highly rated HO insurance companies. Great follow up and attentive service. John treats you like family and doesnt try to upsell you on things you dont need. He was even able to get me a insurance quote for a golf cart.
