Logan Ardrey At the end of the day I forgot insurance is a business. I filed a claim and they some how managed to make my situation worse so they could save a few dollars. Needless to say I will never be working with progressive again.

Since then, I have added all of my insurance needs over to them. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and very quick to get answers! Alexis Pona and Lauren have been phenomenal go-to’s! I have never had to wait for “someone to return my call” They have even responded on their days off, which is above and beyond!! I honestly never have to worry anymore if “someone” is going to get my email or call back, because their response time is unbelievable! So incredibly happy with this company!! Doing some research and finding multiple locations around my new zip code I had gotten a recommendation from a family member. Wow did I go to the right place!! Kelly was an absolute joy to deal with. Jenn Taylor Kry Insurance is great. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The only draw back is they have no way to insure a car on a weekend.

They will shop the market for you. I just moved from Citizens to another carrier, and she did all the leg work and provided the needed support documents to the new carrier.
