She went above and beyond—helping my mom at the very last minute before her policy was about to renew. Not only was she kind and patient, but she also took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure my we felt comfortable and understood every part of the process. 5 /5 Linda Graumann: Weve used One Group since moving to Florida ten years ago when they wrote our first HO insurance policy. Over the years, like everywhere in Florida, the premium has increased. To cut expenses we decided to forgo all HO policy coverage except liability. When I called our agency (One Group), I got Jane Velez in c/s. As I was explaining what we intended to do and asked who should we notify, she was looking up how much our premium would be if we left everything except wind and hail coverage. She explained it wasnt a good idea to eliminate fire, even though our house had been completely gutted and services upgraded by the previous owner twenty years ago. When she told me the premium would drop from $2,800+ down to $608, I was shocked! It made no sense to not continue with fire coverage (after all, Florida is known as the lightening capital of the country!). I could not be more grateful for Janes proactivity. Had she not said something we would have severly short changed ourselves. Thats the kind of insurance agent you want working with you! Thank you, Jane!
