Laurie DelVecchio Be aware GEICO doesnt train their employees to do the right thing and fix problems when they screw up and admit it. We purchased a car back in Nov 2021, and asked to have all coverage from one car to be put on the NEW CAR. Well today when I went to use said insurance (Mechanical Breakdown Insurance) I didnt have it. It was one of the things I was emphatic about having. We have had it on all our cars before. They admitted they have seen it on the other cars. But sorry we didnt put it on this car. "Nothing we can do" said the person from GEICO. Thanks for NOTHING, GEICO!

How we tear each other down always looking for negative stuff but this woman and my experience with Freeway was phenomenal!!! I can only send out positive vibes, edifying thoughts and words!! Ted Paulin Denton was recommended to me by another insurance company when we were looking for auto insurance since we just moved down from NJ. Denton was professional, honest, extremely knowledgeable and great to talk with. He explained why my rate was going to be what it was and what we could do to improve it. We found out that our home owners policy was going to be canceled from another broker because of lack of information. The other broker could not explain to me why, so I called Denton and he spent the next 3 hours going over our 4 point inspection and wind mitigation reports with me.
