Tuleah Johnson I keep asking them to stop calling me the young man kept asking for my information ignoring my request i asked at least 10 times for him to get off of my phone he was very sarcastic, i asked for a supervisor and acts if he put me on hold and then comes back saying he is the supervisor! Very very unprofessional and i would never use Family First for anything....

michael puschautz I’ve had excellent service with the insurance exchange on my Homeowners Insurance. When I needed to get estimated discount cost for my insurance if I put the impact windows in. They did the work promptly and sent me the estimates. After completion, they had to do it again. I had good experience I was able to Get it approved to get a state refund for the windows. In addition, they promptly gave me a check for the amount they owed me. Dating back to the time they were installed. I was very happy with the service and understanding.

DH We were referred to Reliant by our realtor and it has been a great experience! We are moving to Florida and insurance/inspections are more complicated there. Justin did a GREAT job explaining the inspection report, our home and flood coverage and making sure we understood it all. He also shopped around and picked the best cost/coverage options for us. Their Insurance Assistant, Diane San Miguel is also super helpful and a quick responder to any questions. A+
