1 /5 Devon C: Absolutely so disappointed in how our homeowners insurance was handled when it came time to renew. Weeks later we’re still dealing with the incompetencies and fixing the mistakes of y’all. We signed to have a policy canceled that ended up never being canceled. The lack of communication was also extremely frustrating, our first experience with reliant and John was great but goodness this second time was a nightmare. Highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want things handled correctly.

John Toomer and Diane San Miguel were diligent, responsive and attentive to my initial request and throughout the application process. They were patient with my questions and subsequent changes, and acted on them with 100% customer satisfaction. The quote we received was much more affordable than our existing insurers renewal proposal, and coverage is more appropriate for the value of our home. We are greatly appreciative of their efforts on our behalf. Highly recommend based on our recent experience!

5 /5 DH: We were referred to Reliant by our realtor and it has been a great experience! We are moving to Florida and insurance/inspections are more complicated there. Justin did a GREAT job explaining the inspection report, our home and flood coverage and making sure we understood it all. He also shopped around and picked the best cost/coverage options for us. Their Insurance Assistant, Diane San Miguel is also super helpful and a quick responder to any questions. A+
