Xuan Dieu Vo Karla Kirkland has given us the best experience we could ever ask for when trying to obtain house and flood insurance. If you need insurance please please make sure you ask for Karla! She is so responsive and has answers to all of our questions in such a timely manner. She takes care of you like you are one of her own family members. We are actively in the process of trying to buy a house and needed certain insurance paperwork and Karla took matters into her own hands and emailed our loan agent directly and continued to correspond with them until the matter was resolved.
