Whose main focus was to accommodate our needs while informing us of exactly what our policy included and what it did not as well as the terminology within it. Now we have a complete in depth understand of our auto policy and how it protects us as well as what it will cost and when it will be due. Brittany far exceeded our expectations in all avenues. William Johnstone I called customer service and was prepared for the typical series of phone mail jail options. Jacob Fifer answered in short order and listened to my reason for calling, gave me the email address to send a wind mitigation report, waited on the line to make sure he received it, asked me to wait while it was uploaded and then scheduled a follow up call for next week!!!! Unbelieveable. My faith in humanity is restored.
