Not only is he extremely patient and kind, he is very straightforward, Gets straight to the point and does not Lollygag. Which are wonderful characteristics of an insurance agent. His way to ensure that I was receiving the best policy at an affordable rate. Willow Arnold If you are looking for a local insurance group who cares, Mandi will take the time to assist. Really appreciate all of her help recently, and highly recommend her, as well as this office for their honesty, transparency, fairness, and attentiveness. They will provide all the information you need to make important decisions in your policies. Even the stuff that doesnt help them to disclose, they will still disclose it. Thats the kind of agent you are looking for. The ones who tell you the stuff you need to know- even if it means you might shop elsewhere. Trustworthy is how I describe Mandi & this office. Dylan Johnson I have been with state farm for 15 years and this is the worst agent Ive ever had. They are never in office and never respond to my messages or pick up phone calls. They forward to customer support at 1pm on a Friday claiming I am calling during out of office hours. Sometimes it takes me weeks to get a hold of this office and get the help I need from them. They denied the insurance coverage I have for one of my vehicles to the DMV but still ltske my money every month and then wont pick up the phone to discuss why that is. Beware of this office.
