Melinda Burdiss poor customer service, incompetent agent - Max constantly assured me our policy was in good standing even when the insurance company kept sending letters of cancellation - dont trust this guy - he doesnt know how to do his job - this isnt some small policy this is a commercial policy that costs thousands to start and maintain and now we are out the money and scurrying to find another policy - if I could give 0 stars thats what he would get

As a Porsche enthusiast who actually WATCHED my 911 being stolen right in front of me I can attest to the honest and caring way they handled my claim. I have NEVER dealt with an insurance co that has such personalized service.
