I love that their office is just down the street from my Daytona neighborhood even though Tyler was able to handle all my insurance needs quickly over the phone.

I moved to Florida a few years ago, and after switching to Cindy, for the first time, someone went through all of my policies to ensure I was getting what I needed. When I was asked to have the review, internally I did an eye roll thinking it was just a sales pitch, when in fact it was a true review of my policies and it actually saved me money. I was impressed! I can honestly report here, that Josh Griffith, the team member working at this State Farm agent was by far superior to all I have ever dealt with. Professional, Personable, Attentive and it was was real obvious he was there for me 100%..... Cindy Ferrara - State Farm Insurance Agent is fortunate to have such a team member. I might add... The actual interior of the office was modern, clean and welcoming. I took note that all team members were working together as a team in my best interest / to meet my insurance needs. 2 /5 Norris Brewer: I have been a customer of Cindys for 10 years or more. Within this year, 2025, State Farm has canceled two of my policies. These actions by State Farm have caused me great distress by having to search for a new insurance company in such a hurry. I am 82 years old and within my 70 plus years of driving and owning a home I have never had a policy canceled by any previous insurance companies I have used. I have given such a low rating due to the lack of personal communication that I expected after being a customer for 10 or more years. Where did the Customer Service go to?

5 /5 Aris Williams: I called hoping for a good price as i’ve had good insurance and driven safely in the past, I started with one agent who was able to help me get to my official agent, Tyler, who helped me get the best price possible. I was able to get a cheaper quote than my last insurance while customizing my plan. Can’t wait for the year to come and am happy with choosing this office.
