Philippa Hope Amber was so amazing. She decreased my insurance for my auto 1,000.00 dollars a year. I barely drive and am scared too. Im almost 60 and dont trust anyone anymore on the road. I might go to publix which is 5 miles away. I rarely do that. I work remote and have everything delivered now that i am scared to drive. I also have a Blue and Gold Macaw that had a stroke, December 19 2024. She is 45 yrs old and a rescue bird. I got her because the owner was going to die, and she did. That vet bill was $4,000.00. She is my dream bird. Now Ill be able to use that extra 1,000.00 dollars on My Nanners. She is my everything. I might be crazy for spending so much money on her care. But, I was also crazing for being ripped off from Travelers and State Farm. My agent was the best and cared about me personally. I didnt tell her about Nanners, (Bananas) until my review. She has no Idea how she blessed me. I actually told 15 people of my experience since yesterday. My family and my card members for US Bank. They will be calling. Even being sick and not feeling good, Amber, saved a life. My Nanners.

Greg Guster I first heard of Jason, being repeatedly mentioned in a Sailing Insurance group in Facebook. I just bought a catamaran, and with all the takes to complete, I thought insurance would be one of the more painful ones to complete. Wrong. Yolanda Alvarado I seen a post about awful service. Must be from the ignorant customers like the one i seen today as i made a payment in the office. Some customers are ridiculously rude and expect miracles when theyre driving record is horrible... (Mind u they decline to state it from the beginning knowing it will impact their payment). I have been with fiesta 7 years. This office has had a few people come and go but respect and honesty is never something i have had a problem with. All the agents here are very nice. They work for the people not the companies. I was quoted by geico directly and they wanted 150 more downpayment and 100 more a month. Crazy... I now have my homeowners insurance and my cars insured with fiesta. Thank you for great service

Niko Rivera I didn’t get a cheaper quote like i hoped to, but the lady that helped me went above and beyond to try for me. She looked up if my car had a recall - which tends to jack insurance prices up - and it did. She told me to take care of the recall and come back for new quotes. I haven’t gone back yet but plan to soon. It was such a nice experience getting multiple quotes all in one go, and with the help of a polite, patient person.
