2 /5 Kristy Realtalkin: The agent (Carol)at this location is skimming off the top of your quotes & payments. She over charges you especially if she knows your in a bind for insurance. She comes off nice at first but you have to watch her. Im surprised more people havent reported her or come forth about it. Why...everybody is struggling. Its called integrity & morals & making sure you keep the customers happy. I understand if the job is not paying you well but come on its no need to steal from anyone. You reap what you so & its always some that will do better. After this last time Im officially done. Im just making people aware dont take my word observe & pay attention yourselves, if she gives you a quote go & research on line or in person & see for yourself. I see it happen to one other person & I just shook my head. I cant stand a thief & I hate a liar. People work hard just like her or anybody else & if you have to steal at another persons (a paying customer at that) expense then you need to find you some additional income like the rest of us. Pay attention to your money is what im saying.
