1 /5 Lilly Lunsford: I wouldnt recommend this company at all. Unorganized, and very unprofessional. They dont follow up with there customers. I have not had business insurance for almost 2 months. I didnt know this until I receive a refund check from the finance company for the insurance policy. I called spoke with the receptionist and was told someone would reach out to me. 2 whole hours went by I heard from no one. I then called again, and was told Cindy would call me back. 10 mins later I received a phone call telling me there was a underwriting error and because a form wasnt signed In November the policy was cancelled. I was unaware of any form needing to be signed! They received the form and failed to send it to me to sign. This is not the first problem I have had with them. I just figured they were very busy and people make mistakes. I never received a cancellation notice, and keep paying the policy, hense the refund check I received today for the last 2 payments Ive paid. All that could be said was sorry. extremly unprofessional.
