Called a few few weeks ago to change back as I no longer deliver pizza, and was told commercial was cheaper. No time to debate, so Ill call back when I get settled in.
Called today, explained the above situation was asked for my name and put on hold. A rude person going by the name of the business gets on the phone. Makes me repeat the whole story, then, asks what I need. I just told you.
Now I am frustrated, didnt curse or anything unreasonable. Asked him to do his job and find me a policy (no one has bothered to do that today). He tells me I got up on the wrong side of the bed, i should do business elsewhere, and to go back to bed and try again. Then, hangs up on me.
When they are taking your money, they are attentive. When you call for help you are bothering them.
Ive been with this broker for 20 years with no problems, when it was Bob Brooks; Now as they change their name and the new owner runs the show I am nothing to them. Ill take his advice and move on, but not before I let all of you know how I was treated.
