I was concerned about receiving another company and she assured me I was with the company I was really looking for over and over again. We’ve had the price drop 3 times, I’ve never had a price drop with any other company, also it’s a simple process to get a teen discount for good grades and the driver course. My daughters car was hit while parked in a parking lot, we went through the other persons insurance for the claim, they were moving slow so contacted travelers, told them we didn’t want to file a claim through them because of it possibly increasing our rates. They still contacted the other insurance company on our behalf to make them speed up the process, and they reached back out to me a few times to be sure the other company was staying in touch with us. What other company would do that?

Dana Portnoy I can not say enough about Jennifer B. at Cato Insurance Group! We were given a renewal notice that more than doubled our homeowners rate from the year before. We called Jennifer and she was able to find us another policy for almost the same rate we had been paying. She walked us through the inspection process and when we needed to supply more information, was more than helpful through that process as well. If you are looking for a new insurance agent, call them! They are fabulous and we highly recommend them.
