Diana Watta I have been waiting for a call back for a month at least. When I called them back and told them they didnt call me back I was told they had other people to contact. Again I was told I would get a call back and I have yet to get a call back...weeks later

She answered my many questions very politely and thoroughly. Making sure I understood the process every step of the way. What an awesome individual. Im happy I chose Direct as my broker. i will be referring her to my friends and family.

Jeff Ryman Kristina got a hold of me a few months ago trying to get my insurance down. I was not happy with the companies I was with she guaranteed me I could get lower rates with her. I was going on a cruise. I told her When I get back, we can work on it. She called me and got me set up. Definitely lowered my Insurance. Very polite courteous awesome all the way around. .
