Yolanda Alvarado I seen a post about awful service. Must be from the ignorant customers like the one i seen today as i made a payment in the office. Some customers are ridiculously rude and expect miracles when theyre driving record is horrible... (Mind u they decline to state it from the beginning knowing it will impact their payment). I have been with fiesta 7 years. This office has had a few people come and go but respect and honesty is never something i have had a problem with. All the agents here are very nice. They work for the people not the companies. I was quoted by geico directly and they wanted 150 more downpayment and 100 more a month. Crazy... I now have my homeowners insurance and my cars insured with fiesta. Thank you for great service

Ciera Gomez Luisa was amazing! She really helped me out in such a way I wish I could give her extra stars. When my insurance company told me there was nothing they could do to lower my rate she was able to save me hundreds of dollars. I am forever grateful, thats for sure.

Stefanie Overturf Brady and his team are the best!! They give personal and detailed attention to my business and personal insurance lines. We have a floor cleaning business and require specialized coverage and Chapman Insurance has always done tons of research to find what we need and keep us covered!! I was looking to save money, and agent Brandon was able to save me money and also have a better coverage in my auto insurance. Rob Childs Dealing with Ashley at State Farm has been amazing. With my busy schedule she has been amazing. I have been able to accomplish successful policies on 5 vehicles and multiple homes all through text and email. I think weve had to have 1 phone call. The rest has been fast response time through text and email. I have seen cheaper options but the service Ashley provides and having the ability to speak to a person asap without AI or being transferred only to get lost has been huge. Ashley has been a life saver and the reason we stay with State Farm.

Dylan They do their best to guide you. If you dont succeed, its because you didnt do your part, or you pulled out too early. If they say do 25, do 50 always. If you dont know what this means, you will, and once you get it, youll do just fine. Wouldve kept working here if I hadnt caught a virus that almost killed me. (Also not their fault)
