Russ Weller Dianne and Ive been customers of R.V. Johnson for 20 years now. Over that time, only two associates have been assigned to answer our questions and make sure we were adequately covered for homeowners, auto, umbrella, golf cart and valuables insurance. Both were knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Weve asked the same questions more than once. Neither have even flinched. And, its comforting to know that Rudy (the R in R.V.) is always available to advise, if needed. His two associates do just fine. Any questions/concerns were immediately researched/addressed. Having worked 10 years in the insurance industry myself, I am somewhat cynical about the workings therein.
