5 /5 Annette Green: I have loved having this office represent me. Every person i had contact with treated me with not just respect but sweetness. Any questions/concerns were immediately researched/addressed. Having worked 10 years in the insurance industry myself, I am somewhat cynical about the workings therein. But this office put me completely at ease, and I always trusted their advice. I leave them only because I have moved to another state, and I will miss them, but am confident that I could still call at any time in the future with a question and receive the same thoughtful assistance I got as a customer.

She was most instrumental in assisting me in getting a refund that should have been dealt with through another office but Jessica made it her mission to get it back for me. I feel absolutely certain that I would not have gotten it back without her help. And her smile made me feel like I was her only customer she had to deal with!

5 /5 Julie Dicks: I have always been pleased with John Kasaks office and the support we receive from all the agents weve worked with. We have our home and cars insured with them. Recently, Gwen Rainwater went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our homeowners policy wasnt canceled when our bill had gotten misdirected in the mail. She worked with the company pleading our case to keep our policy and giving us the time to pay. She made sure I was in the loop, calling, texting, and emailing, so I knew what was going on. She then followed up to make sure I knew that we were able to keep our policy and all was well. She was a very helpful advocate for us, and I am so appreciate of her help!
