Most people would’ve got fed up or distracted but she was very cool and professional with everything. I said she needs to get promoted but she stated she loves her job so I hope the least they could do is give her a raise. Genuinely I wasn’t ready to make a decision about getting my own health insurance being that I’m 18 but she made the process very smooth and understanding.
