David wrote me a policy that was cancelled a month or so afterwards without my knowledge, and he never reached out to me. At first, when I suspected that my policy was not active, I sent David several pleading emails and left several messages asking him to help me figure out what was going on. No response. Nothing. I was surprised considering how friendly and responsive he initially seemed when he accepted me as a customer. I suggest looking elsewhere for an insurance agent. If he ghosted me, hell probably ghost you, too. Having a communicative and professional insurance agent is extremely important. Move past this one and save yourself some trouble.
