One she could not fix yet but will check. The other she was able to lower my premium by correcting my mileage that I drive. It was a pleasant experience and conversation with her. I appreciate she told me she is working from home and is in Alabama. I liked the personal touch of her experience and professionalism. After witnessing first hand how helpful they were and how much focus is placed on customer service, I brought my homeowners insurance to State Farm as well. I have been beyond pleased with the service and their willingness to answer my many questions. Last (but certainly not least), whatever theyre paying Mary is not enough. She is remarkably helpful, friendly, and thorough with her work. As a first time homeowner I had quite a few policy related questions and took the time to walk me through each one.
