I pay my bill every month over the phone with my credit card they never suggest that I use the website theyre always happy to help me and that is hard to find these days and I really appreciate that

1 /5 Anonymous: They NEVER pick up the phone so i have to call several times befor i can pay my insurance. If i was able to pay my bill online instead of having an issue paying when i want to then i wouldnt have to call. Im about ready to switch to another insurance company because its rediculous i have to call 20 times before getting ahold of anyone. IF U HAVE CUSTOMERS, ANSWER THE PHONE AND LET US KNOW AND PUT US ON HOLD.. DONT IGNORE US!!! Yes i will be looking for another insurance company today because it should never be this much of an issue to pay state farm MY MONEY.

5 /5 Christy Ricker: We use State Farm for multiple services. Every time the hubs and I have questions about any of these, we can walk right in and meet with someone (usually Maria). We do not have to make an appointment and this is very helpful, as we are very spontaneous. We have full coverage on all of our vehicles and the Drive Safe and Save device actually saves us quite a bit. I drive a Ford Mustang and I save over $150-$190 every 6 months on that car alone. Sonja actually got us started on this program/app before she left. We miss you Sonja!!!!

1 /5 AURORA GARZA: I hate this insursnce they dropped me because i locked my keys in the car 2 ruined in a 3 year period even though i paid for roadside assistance.. and then even found a didnt insurance they did not rant reimburse me for the 2 weeks i was owed.
