A Rehman I needed commercial insurance as the landlord needed to give me the premises. I called them based on a recommendation. Ms. Cindy worked late on more than 1 day trying to figure out my insurance needs and help us get the keys on a late late friday afternoon going into the evening so the landlord gets the policy and we get the keys over the weekend to get remodelling going for the clinic. I was very very impressed by their work ethic, attention to details for the client, and just their input on the lease terms and my contractual safety. They of course didnt give legal advise but discussed what typical leases say and what this lease was saying comparatively. I would give them 6 stars if that was possible. Alyssa Palmer Thank you for your feedback in regards to the post about your refund. We would like to take the time to clarify a few things. When working with an Excess insurance company refunds must be sent from the carrier back to the agency with proper documentation so we can issue the proper refund amount and remain within our legal requirements. It can take up to 6 weeks for an excess company to process a refund as they have fees paid with the state and filings they must complete for EACH policy. After careful and thorough review of every document pertaining to this file, the documents show we received the refund in question on 11/20/2019 on our carriers statement, the refund was processed on 11/21/2019 and your refund check was mailed out on 11/22/2019. Our records show we have communicated with you on multiple occasions via phone and email since the cancel request was submitted with proper signatures. Thank you also for your feedback in regards to voicemails. We return voicemails in the order they are received provided adequate information is furnished however we are a small agency and if we are on the phone or with a client it might be a little while before you get a return phone it doesnt help to call back to back if we are with a client we are busy and cant take the call we look forward to speaking with each and every one of our clients and giving each of our clients the one on one attachment they deserve. Manufactured housing insurance is a very unique field that Jacks specializes in and our clients are extremely important to us. However, in this unique field it can take time for document processing.
