Gayle Gari After 25 years of home ownership and always having homeowners insurance during those years without an incident, we had the misfortune of having 2 claims, 1 in 2019 and then 1 in 2020. Of course, our homeowners insurance then almost tripled our premium and then dropped us the next year. Our Allstate agent, Greta Langley was able to secure a new policy for us that satisfies our mortgage requirements. Greta worked hard to get the best possible homeowners insurance for us at this time and I appreciate the personal attention that she gave us during the process. We also have all 3 of our auto policies with her. I highly recommend working with Greta and her team at Allstate for all your insurance needs.

I note from reading the reviews that apparently, there are people who have confused Edison Insurance Group with another entity that has a similar name. I can say as a longtime client of Edison Insurance Group (having had my homeowners insurance with them for the past many years, as well as other insurance policies), I have always found the entire staff to be professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt in responding. wanda vega Im not good with names unless I write it down, but I have to say it doesnt matter who I speak to on any given day, this office staff is exceptional! Theyre extremely busy hence why they may sound so serious over the phone most times, but they strive to assist within one call with full, detailed explanation. Customer service like that is very hard to find these days. Amigos Auto Ins knows exactly what that value means. Thank you for being an awesome staff!
