Norm Feld This is my first insurance claim in over 40 years and I was expecting a complete nightmare. Much to my surprise this has been an extremely positive experience. Tower Hill stepped up to the plate immediately. My adjuster Crystal Hawkins was amazing. She kept me constantly informed of what was going to happen and what to expect. She was extremely professional and answered all of my questions promptly. All of the mitigators and contractors were paid immediately and the whole process was resolved in a very short time. Tower Hill is probably one of the best insurance companies I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend using them if you are in need of insurance.

I started a communications company in 2011 and Sheila was the only one in the state of Florida that took the time to write me a Workers Compensation policy. I had tried 15 other insurance companies in Florida and several in Georgia and Texas, none of them would write me a policy. In my 5 years of doing business with Sheila and Bev, I have never had a problem or a complaint with them or any of their staff. I frequently ask them to send out certificates to our clients and they are the first to get the certificate sent and the first to send an email confirmation back to me. In addition to the Workers Compensation policy, I also have an Inland Marine policy with them, to insure some of my equipment. This year Bev saved me $274 on my premium for the Inland Marine policy!
