1 /5 Sara Schulz: BEWARE!!! Please do your due diligence before having anything to do with this "company". Public records will show you all you need to know about the female that "runs" this homemade agency. When you begin your search of her name you will see why I use that term. Feel free to look at what has transpired in the other states and agencies that she worked for and of course, one of the most important aspects when choosing someone that you need to be professional and hold a standard of excellence....the local courthouse public records (for Indian River County) when inputing her name and what transpired when she was asked information under oath. She has absolutely no integrity whatsoever and I owe it to anyone looking her up as a potential person to trust with any financial aspect of insurance or other investment of time or money to BEWARE!!!

1 /5 Tiffany Barnett: The 1 star review left on here by someone else is absolutely VALID. I have never had a more unprofessional experience in my ENTIRE LIFE. Elizabeth Baldwin running this office is extremely rude and unprofessional, and has unfortunately made her staff to be the same way. I went to make a standard business phone call (not a customer call as I am luckily not a customer) to simply ask a question and clarify some information, and was IMMEDIATELY screamed at by both the assistant and ELIZABETH BALDWIN without being able to get in one word. And hung up on. I dont care what type of day you may have had or who else you may have dealt with that day. I have never spoken to anyone from this office and this is the first greeting?? AND when Elizabeth called back I was STILL met with the upmost unprofessionalism and rudeness, and hung up on. Do NOT EVER bring your business here. She will tell you how she has been doing this for decades and unfortunately doing a terrible job. Absolutely ridiculous.
