John Stransky My Agent, Christy Smith, has been superb to work with. I called today to update my Personal Umbrella policy about 2:30 this afternoon. Before 4 oclock I was electronically signing documents to put the policy in force and also adjust my Auto policy to comport to the new Umbrella policy. Ryan Dietzel They are great! I had some issues with receiving compensation from insurance companies on a reliable schedule—one month it was the second Friday, then the first Friday the next month. Thankfully, the team at Health Insurance Store worked diligently to sort everything out with the insurance companies. Theyve assured me that payments will now be processed either on the first or second Friday of the month. I understand that the delay was more on the insurance companies than the Health Insurance Store itself, and I really appreciate how great theyve been to me throughout the whole process. Highly recommend their service! Hopefully its first Friday again though! haha

Paula Kemp Anytime Ive ever had questions or concerns, Dave, Tammy and others in the office are always quick to get us the answers we need. Dave figured out my insurance company at some point added my 10 Y/O to the policy and fixed it. When the policy renewed, they did it again. Tammy contacted them personally to make sure it didnt continue to happen after I was getting nowhere with them on the phone. She was my champion fighting for me that day against the big guy!
