In a world that is now almost completely digital, it is great to pick up the phone or show up in person and talk to a real person... Not a real person at a call center in some distant land, but a real person locally who actually knows who you are and you can build a rapport with over the years. I hate bills, I hate having to pay for insurance, etc- but dealing with North Florida Insurance has been a very pleasant and personalized experience that has removed a LOT of stress from my life over the years. You would literally have to pay me at this point to go elsewhere for my insurance needs.
