However, Freeway Insurance itself can be frustrating—calls often get transferred to different offices, and reaching your local agent can be tricky. If you want to work specifically with Lori, make sure to ask for her directly, as the main line might try to sell you a policy themselves or disconnect the call. Despite that, Lori is fantastic, and I appreciate her help!

I typically expect to spend upwards of an hour on the phone nowadays problem solving anything customer service related and I never expect to get an actual human on the phone at first. Brooke was SUPER informative. She literally answered questions before I could ask them and was two steps ahead in helping me with what I needed.
