Jisselys called me within a few hours, and we matched my current policy details one by one for a new State Farm Policy. She explained the discounts available to me if I were to take the Mature Safe Driving Course, and also for bundling my Homeowners Insurance. After applying these and other discounts, she was able to quote me a price substantially less than my current company was offering. Jisselys is friendly, professional, and best of all...she listens. She took time with me to to ensure the policy contained everything I wanted, and answered all my questions with complete equanimity. Since I accepted the deal, she has phoned me three times to check in and offer any help I might need. I could not ask for a more attentive and pleasant agent. Absolutely stellar service!
