Bruce Gifford When we dont have a problem we dont say much. One issue we did have and it was taken care of very quickly, was my lack of notification of credit card change to Allstate regarding the insurance on the Golf Cart. He was quick to notify me and I updated my card so Cart insurance could be paid.

John Kemberling I really enjoy working with this agency. What stands out most is their customer service. Yesterday I had what borders on an emergency, and they graciously accepted 10+ phone calls from me. If the agents were busy with other clients, they at minimum found a way to correspond briefly in the background which means a ton in the real world. They are good at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone. For what its worth, I used to sell insurance and these guys kick ass. Highly recommend
