Roy Vazquez Great , I first went over a year ago with a policy from another ins company for a year . I was told to keep it. When I received my renewal the price didnt look right to me so, once again I swing by and have them take a look. Now I have two vehicles on my policy 1:PIP & 1: Full coverage my renewal for a year 24 hundred dollars, they found the same coverage for me but just for six months 650 dollars. Norm Feld This is my first insurance claim in over 40 years and I was expecting a complete nightmare. Much to my surprise this has been an extremely positive experience. Tower Hill stepped up to the plate immediately. My adjuster Crystal Hawkins was amazing. She kept me constantly informed of what was going to happen and what to expect. She was extremely professional and answered all of my questions promptly. All of the mitigators and contractors were paid immediately and the whole process was resolved in a very short time. Tower Hill is probably one of the best insurance companies I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend using them if you are in need of insurance.
