Steve in particular has helped me with numerous insurance issues from claims to estimates to giving me an education on topics I dont know about in the insurance field. We just wanted to show our appreciation for how hard Julie L. worked to answer all our questions related to moving our insurance for our house to State Farm. Although our cars are with State Farm our house was not because repairs had to be done and when they were completed, we wanted to have State Farm insure our property here in Florida. Julie explained in detail what we would need to do with the age of this property to qualify to be insured by State Farm and she recommended an inspector who came out and did a very thorough job. Additionally, I asked many questions related to liability on our home and auto in conjunction with what we own in other states. Julie was extremely, patient and did the necessary research work and provided timely and accurate answers. Never did we have to worry about the phrase “oh I forget to tell you” - which happens so many times now days. In today’s world of customer service generally lacking we have had a totally different experience with State Farm and especially Julie assisting us to get everything insured to our satisfaction. Of course, we recommend this office based on experience.

Heath Marston StateFarm Insurance Agency. Our automobile and umbrella policies have been with another insurance company for 40 years, but when our auto insurance rates skyrocketed with two new cars, we started to shop around for better prices. Plus, our old insurance company had changed hands several times, and we did not feel comfortable with what the new agents were willing to offer us to reduce our rates. Jen not only got us more coverage, but the rates were half of what we were paying. What really sold us was the customer service. Jen was so knowledgeable and responsive to our calls and concerns. She came up with options on the same day we contacted her. Communication with your insurance representative is very important…we knew that Jen and the team at Heath Marston Insurance Agency would be there for us if anything happened. Furthermore, the company is like a family. When we met with Jen to finalize our paperwork, we were introduced to the whole team at the Agency, which gave us even greater assurance that they would be there for us.
