Brenda Williams I have been working with Arrington Ins for several years now, when Arrington/Kim was highly recommended to give them a try. She is the only ins agent that I have ever worked with that has been so patient, honest, professional and helpful. She will explain everything in detail so I clearly understand, always makes me feel comfortable. Customer Service is her middle name. Even when she cant do anything to help, she still goes the distance. I feel bad always bugging her, but she has NEVER been anything but professional, kind and geniune. I HIGHLY recommend this insurance agency and Kim Leach :)

Cody Working with Chelsea and the Rockledge team on a new home insurance policy has set a new high for Turner insurance. As a customer for auto and home Turner has been an asset for me. They always do a great job from start to finish but Chelsea’s efforts to get us the best price and policy prompted the need to write the review. She took the time to reach out to the city on our behalf for documents that could and did drastically reduce the cost of our policy. She pointed out additional savings possible with the proper pictures and documents. Nobody else even offered the idea much less made the call on my behalf. Turner beat other quotes by thousands of dollars and Chelsea worked hard to save us money. Nobody is talking good about homeowners insurance today. They should call Turner and ask for Chelsea!

Jennifer Patterson Weston was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with an affordable policy that covered all of my needs. This was my first insurance policy purchased totally on my own and he made sure I understood, in clear language, what I was getting and made the process quick and easy. He was friendly, communicative, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process! And this was by far the lowest rate with the best coverage out of all the policies I was looking at! Super happy with my experience with this office and Weston!

Roberta Rayford I would rate this company a 0 if I could. They never return calls. You mentioned below that there was an outage and that has been fixed. I just called again and no one answered. Ive left another voicemail. Is the number still listed on your business page correct? Is there another number customers should be calling? Ive never seen anything like this.

Ericka G. Good luck trying to reach a customer service agent regarding your policy. Quotes you get immediate customer service. Also they take advantage of the young adults who get policies. How does one have full cover Insurance yet it doesnt cover your car?

mxr tiller Liliana did a fantastic job getting me my proof of insurance in a very short time period. I was sitting in the DMV while on the phone with her and she got all the work done before I even got up to the counter.
