Us Two MEDINA Initially, we approached the prospect of engaging an agent outside of The Villages with some reservation, and we have deliberately delayed this review for eight months to ensure a comprehensive evaluation. From the initial phone contact with Amanda to the finalization of your policy by Dina, followed by the subsequent addition of your golf cart by Julianna and the successful transfer of your sons coverage by Angela, the interactions have consistently demonstrated respect and genuine care. This level of service is uncommon, yet undeniably present. While we have not previously submitted a review, their exceptional performance warrants this acknowledgment.

Lois Smith Carey Insurance has always been very efficient and knowledgeable. The agents really know what they’re doing and guide you every step of the way. We just recently changed insurance companies, and Olivia got us good rates and made it very easy to switch companies She kept us informed and she was right on top of everything. We would recommend Carey to anyone looking for a great broker

Laura Carr Kieran was very patient with me and helpful. I was skeptical at first about getting the car insurance added. I thought I had a reasonable plan. Then he showed me how much I would save by bundling the house and car. It was great. It left me with more than enough money to increase the coverage on my car. with that being done, State Farm has saved me over $700 bundling!! Awesome!

Adrianne Wilson I’ve had my insurance here for a few years now. Still to this day, I’ve never received the personal care like I have at Fero Insurance. Amber has been there 15 years, she’s extremely knowledgeable and honest too!! They will tell you if they can’t save you money with them and not try and talk you into less coverage just to get your business. I fully trust them!! Highly, highly recommend. You will not find this service at any other agency!

Robert Robison I had the pleasure of dealing with Hunter Smalt, and he was a Rockstar! I really had no idea how I was going to afford insurance with my daughter (new driver) added to my account. After talking with Hunter and going over everything, I am going to pay less and have better coverage than the other insurance companies out there, (and believe me I checked a lot). mac packman this agency has left me 2 times with suspended insurance and no heads up. the first time was an expired CC that when it ran i didnt get a heads up, just an announcement of cancellation. the second time i was on travel for almost 2 months and not even did i not get a bill for my insurance, i came back to a suspended drivers license. this was even after giving them a new CC for autopay. I dont know what is going on with this agency but calls are never returned, the VM is full and i would not recommend them. kept the carts with Allsstate, called a new agent in St. Pete, they rock.
