5 /5 Mark Miller: They are a great insurance company with friendly staff. I have had them for almost six years and they were helpful on my homeowners policy, need to talk to them about my car n life policies to see what they can do on those.

1 /5 Frank Zigmund: Had called to inquire about General Liability insurance. Informed the lady I was dealing with I was interested in acquiring a policy through auto owners insurance and informed her I knew of someone who had this GL policy and tried to tell her the limits. She was not friendly and talked down to me. Very snobby. I received their office info through Auto owners website as a agent for them. She told me she would get back with me and never did. No worries I went with Vermost insurance and they were a Class Act. Signed me with Auto owners the same day. I will never use O.E. Wilson again. I had them as an agent before for my homeowners policy and they were just as snobby back then. Auto Owners needs to fire them as an agent. They are not doing them any favors. 1 /5 Will Goris: I canceled the policy for my house back in June 2023 and they failed to send me my refund. I’ve called twice and get a run around, the manager is busy please provide your number and he will call you, yeah right! They have not called me, or sent me my refund. They don’t deserve any thumbs up, terrible customer service in my opinion

5 /5 Christine Cohen Ward: O.E. Wilson is such a breath of fresh air. My husband owns & operates a small A/C business & has been with O.E. Wilson for all the business needs. When I joined in helping w/ our business, I quickly realized how essential of course, but also how helpful having an Insurance company that works side by side with us. Theyre always available & happy help too. We continue to rely on O.E Wilson, and of course have no plans to go anywhere else. Running a small business has more than enough stress that pops up & this is one area that isnt an issue!
