John Stransky My Agent, Christy Smith, has been superb to work with. I called today to update my Personal Umbrella policy about 2:30 this afternoon. Before 4 oclock I was electronically signing documents to put the policy in force and also adjust my Auto policy to comport to the new Umbrella policy. Dana Portnoy I can not say enough about Jennifer B. at Cato Insurance Group! We were given a renewal notice that more than doubled our homeowners rate from the year before. We called Jennifer and she was able to find us another policy for almost the same rate we had been paying. She walked us through the inspection process and when we needed to supply more information, was more than helpful through that process as well. If you are looking for a new insurance agent, call them! They are fabulous and we highly recommend them.

Recently they joined a board meeting call to help us understand industry rate increases and the current crop of underwriters. Their written proposals each year contain the right level of information to compare bids and make a selection based on risk/benefit/cost.
