Mike Healan Always a pleasure going here and they always have a helpful staff. The customer service is open from 9am-7pm. Closed from 11am-12pm for lunch. I noticed the times on here and figured it would be helpful to know the actual times it’s open. Hopefully all the websites update times of businesses because I recently went somewhere else and was like I have 30 minutes awesome! To only find out the times were wrong online. But you can’t always believe what the internet tells you, always best to call to know the times of when anything is open or closed.

Emily Lin Love this bank! The staff is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They take care of what I need right away and always ask if there’s anything else they can help with. Security personnel are always friendly too. Staff always confirms the amount I’m requesting, counts it out for me, and offers an envelope and receipt. I was robbed via Apple Pay in another state, CCCU told me to file a police report, cops didn’t have enough to go off of so i went back to the folks at coast central and within a day they got me my money back!!!! I know this might not happen every time, but the fact i was able to go in and talk to a real compassionate team of people was so comforting. They took time to listen and went above and beyond to help me in the rough patch i was in. I cant even begin to express my gratitude. Absolutely amazing people every time. Jayce Walker I have 2 business accounts here, great friendly service on a first name basis with much clearer and better organized statements than any bank Ive used. They are networked with a solid payroll company and helped me get my payroll handled efficiently and hassle free. I prefer to use a regional bank that doesnt invest in derivatives (or pipelines or set up phony accounts) like the big national banks do and have done. I prefer a more local community conscious approach to banking. I did my research on regional banks and how they operate, how safe etc. Umpqua came out on top...and my day to day experience with them has been a great!
