1 /5 Logan White: I was considering an account with Compass Community Credit Union, and stopped across the street to order food before going in to inquire about opening an account. I was in the process of ordering when two men in tan suits LITERALLY walked in front of me as if I didn’t exist and placed their order (then bragged about working for Compass to the clerk). The clerk apologized for their behavior as soon as they left. If this is how the treat the community in public, I will certainly not be banking there.

5 /5 Gracie Ceja: The employees are nice. The inside of the lobby is nice. You can exchange cash for quarters even if you do not have an account at the credit union.

5 /5 Darius Eversol: Friendly helpful staff I needed to set up my online portion of the account and set up a pin for the debit card I just got...they were very helpful and we got everything done quickly I am very happy with Compass credit union!!!

2 /5 Rick Crum: They close at 5 and keep the ATM inaccessible to people that work during the week. The staff won’t allow access even 10 seconds after 5pm. Very rigid and unaccommodating to customers. Not customer service oriented business. Difficult to bank there.
