After leaving an honest review that was less than 5 stars, I was subjected to repeated and unwanted contact from her, which felt intrusive and inappropriate. Rather than taking feedback constructively, she responded in a way that crossed professional boundaries. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable or harassed for sharing their experience. I hope she reflects on this behavior and chooses a more respectful approach to criticism in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend working with her.
