Katy Jo Caringer I absolutely love this location, their staff goes above & beyond and are always so friendly! I have to give shout out to Jesus, his care for his customers is truly incredible. I walked in without an appointment, and he even skipped his lunch break to help me follow up on an important fraud claim I needed assistance filing. He truly was so happy to help, and his follow up is incredible. Go here if you have anything thing you need from Chase, this location is the best!!

Chief Solver Maybe shes just a really busy entrepreneur that needs more assistnace and better structure/organization. But they eventually got around to my file and delivered on everything. Make sure you follow up, Marie and her staff definitely have the knowledge to make it happen for you, but make sure youre in regular contact with whoever is handling your case.
