Recently, a massive conversion caused consternation and the team, especially a VP, were fantastic in leading the way to great success in managing and manipulating the new systems and organizations resulting in absolute ease of online services. I also love to bank in Arcata, although I dearly miss the peeps in the Eureka admin office on Wabash. Everyone, without fail, is courteous and charming and laughter is a staple of any visit. This organization, by any name, has been loyal and true to their members, and in my case, has helped me raise, educate and flourish as a parent with two children. Megan Davila made a very special effort to find me & call me to tell me about the piece of mail. After finding me she mailed it to my Oregon address. How many people do that? Nobody. I have always been impressed by the very personal service and attention to detail that these professional people have given to me over the 21 years that I have been with Umpqua. Victor Zodda Cant recall ever having a bad experience with them... theyre great. They even caught fraud on a Google account of mine and saved me a lot of money when for some reason Google itself couldnt identify or care less about it. Id recommend them to anyone.
