5 /5 Aaron Wase: Ive been banking at this branch for over 4 years now and have always received incredible customer service ! Today I had a huge problem that was more of a personal banking issue then a local branch issue. The staff went above and beyond to help me. Specifically Rubin Flores, Personal Banker with Wells Fargo not only extremely attentive to my issue but also took the time to solve it. Professionalism at its best !!!

1 /5 Wodan Poe: Had an account here and went to reopen it after an experience with online banking... And one of the account managers told me that I was due money because of the incident were they created a bunch of false accounts. Apparently my information was used and I was given a phone number to call for settlement. I then asked if I could simply reopen my account and was told I can no longer bank at Wells Fargo. THEN I get home and call the number given to me by the banker and it was a dead line!!! No account, No settlement, No Stars. Very disappointing as WF was my first bank back in high school and had always done right by me.
