iheartauroraborealis This weekend, I stopped into the Placerville BOA. Tammy who was covering at the Placerville branch, but works at the Jackson branch, offered to assist me. She did everything she could to help me figure out how to proceed to find documentation through the bank that my family needed to file taxes for a family member who passed. She was very straightforward in explaining what the bank needed to help provide the information and gave instructions on how to obtain it. Throughout my interaction, she was calm, helpful, and kind. dp Highly recommend! I probably review them every year because each experience is so good. Super chill and easy to work with, great job, make handling taxes an effortless and headache free experience. Give them a call, they are also very generous with answering questions even if you dont use their services. I would honestly pay 5 times the price for such great support.
