Kai helped me and my fiancé through designing my engagement ring with an heirloom diamond and was so patient, knowledgeable, and supportive through the whole process. Kai took my thoughts and turned them into my perfect ring. She was so nice even when I changed my mind and had a million questions!! I see some complaints about his very knowledgeable Gemologist Charlotte, but I have to say she has a huge heart once you get to know her. By nature she comes across as all business but gets the job done and KNOWS HER STUFF!!!!!!
