It was done in less than 15 minutes when I walked into the store for $45 (very reasonable price for the speediness and quality of work). Ed and Natalie were both very kind and attentive. Steven Fuhrer I work in a line of work where I recover a fair amount of scrap gold and silver from time to time. I always take my finds to Geoff. He is, HONEST, friendly, fast and, fair. Geoff pays the largest percentage of the market value out of all the other Gold buyers in Santa Barbara. You know he is honest when he is willing to weigh and calculate the amount of money he is willing to pay, right in front of you. Most other places like to take your gold to the back and do all of their weighing and testing where you cant even see what theyre doing. Some places have a policy not to tell you what percentage of the market price they pay for gold. Honesty is always the best policy when it comes to business. Ive done my research, tried other gold buyers in SB and I will always take my business to Santa Barbara Precious Metals.

Megan van Krieken I came in to get my watch battery replaced. The repair person discovered that whoever did it before had glued down the battery. He kept the watch and not only replaced the battery but also replaced a missing gasket. He cleaned out some moisture that had collected due to the missing gasket. He did this in his home workshop and dropped it off at my house the next day. Amazing service!! Highly recommend.

Torri Creamer Elaine is the only jeweler Ive ever worked with, and I fully intend never to go anywhere else. I first went in just to explore some options for the style of my engagement ring. That day, Elaine was so patient and helpful, she let me try on ring after ring, held up stone after stone to different bands for me to see, and talked me through the process of creating the custom ring of my DREAMS! I left that day with a deposit down, received the CAD design a week or so later, and my ring was ready in another week or two. When I picked it up, her and her team helped me look at all the wedding bands I liked to decide what I should send my fiancé back for later ;) Elaine helped me realize my vision, and made sure that the end result was everything exactly as I wanted. She answered all my questions and made sure the ring was an affordable option for us. She was so kind, creative, inspiring, and reassuring during this process. You can tell she loves her work, and that shes an honest and ethical business owner. Ill be recommending her to everyone I know. I love my ring and am so grateful to her for making it possible
