Serena Y You definitely want to give yourself enough time to look through the museum and the store because its filled with so many amazing rocks and fossils. The dark room in the museum section is so cool. My parents have purchased quite a few pieces of jewelry from Gaumers, and its all beautiful. Seeing the store in person was really a treat. The jewelry is beautiful and reasonably priced. The women who worked there were friendly and attentive as well. I will be making it a point to stop in every time Im in Northern CA. Updated October 2023*- Gaumers is still just as lovely and has added a new room within the museum area, which is a must-see.

His knowledge, patience, and genuine passion for helping customers made all the difference. The selection was beautiful, and with his expert help, we found the perfect ring that I absolutely love. Mad Con I came in to have a few pieces of my jewelry soldered and was so impressed with the experience! The turnaround time was super quick, and the work was very clean and professional. I really appreciated how honest and upfront they were about the costs—everything was explained clearly and priced very reasonably. Great service, great people. I’ll definitely be coming back here or to their new location for any future jewelry needs!

Gaming_ Rima Stopped by this place to see about getting a watch, I was greeted by Tammie, who gladly showed me many watches. I asked for help finding one that would fit my style, seeing as I have a delicate wrist and didnt want anything too bulky. She pointed out a beautiful one, womens, and I took it. She set it for me, showed me how it worked, and answered all my questions about the watch flawlessly (if it was waterproof, if it would need battery replacements, cleaning it, etc). She even resized it for me and made sure I was happy with how it fit on me. 100% would reccommend going to Zales, especially with Tammie there.

al d Used to come here with my mom as a kid, nowadays I stop by to measure my finger size after picking up a brew next door. The manager there has been working the store for over 30 years, very friendly and kind.
